Antioch Accident on Highway 4 Injures 14 — Apr 1, 2017

A Saturday evening accident on Highway 4 in Antioch injured 14 people and caused all lanes of traffic to temporarily close. Four of the injured are reported to be in critical condition and one is a 14-year-old girl. The accident occurred near 6:18 p.m. near the A Street Exit on westbound Highway 4. A Toyota sedan with seven passengers hit a minivan with three people in it. Five ambulance and four helicopters were required to transport everyone to the best hospital. At the time of this report the driver of the Toyota sedan had not yet been identified.
