Big-Rig Accident Ends in 14,000 Gallons of Paint on Lucas Valley Road

At approximately 6:25 a.m. near Westgate Drive on Lucas Valley Road California Highway Patrol responded to a call where a large semi-truck was hanging over a ridge with paint spilling into an inaccessible area. A full hazardous materials response team had to be dispersed. The accident closed both directions of Lucas Valley Road east of Big Rock. There were no injuries.
