Brett Beyler

Brett Beyler is an attorney at Moseley Collins Law. His practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury. He is licensed in California, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining Moseley Collins Law, Mr. Beyler worked with a premier defense firm in Sacramento and had an extensive practice representing defendants in business litigation, commercial law, insurance litigation, professional liability, employment law, personal injury, consumer lawsuits, finance law, bankruptcy litigation, and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Additionally, Mr. Beyler worked with a premier plaintiff’s firm in Sacramento and had an extensive practice representing plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, and employment law.

Mr. Beyler has extensive civil litigation experience. His passion is in representing plaintiffs. He has represented clients on hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Beyler has achieved many multimillion-dollar outcomes for his clients. Mr. Beyler’s experience covers all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation, litigation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate practice.

While awaiting his bar results, Mr. Beyler worked as a fully licensed financial advisor at an international financial firm. Throughout his time in law school, Mr. Beyler clerked at a variety of law firms gaining invaluable experience in various areas of law, including family law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury law.

Mr. Beyler earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of California, Davis in 2012.

Mr. Beyler earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. He earned a certificate in research, writing and drafting and participated in advanced trial advocacy.

Mr. Beyler is married and has five children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family. His other interests include being outdoors, golfing, and watching football.
