Crash Near Willows Takes the Life of Orlando Teen, July 23, 2016

Petra Cuin, only 15 -years- old, died in last week’s accident off county road 57 and D in Glenn County.The young woman was a passenger in a Pontiac Grand Prix. The driver was Roberto Moreno, 21. According to the California Highway Patrol, Moreno was speeding on westbound County Road 57.
