Drunk Brother Kills Sister in Daly City Crash — Jun 27, 2017

A man who killed his sister after crashing into a tree while driving drunk was sentenced last Wednesday. He received a sentence of vehicular manslaughter and DUI in San Mateo County. Sixty-six-year-old Javier Meza Rodriguez was traveling on Gellert Boulevard just before 7:10 p.m. near Hickey Boulevard when he went off the side of the road and hit a tree. His sister was in a rear passenger seat and died later at a hospital.
