Elk Grove Woman Hit by Car on Freeway — Oct 3, 2016

A woman, 32-year-old Camille Duncan, was killed while walking in traffic on I80 close to Cordelia, says the California Highway Patrol. At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 1st, calls began to come into police dispatch reporting a crash on I80 at Valley Road. Duncan had been walking in traffic for unknown reasons when she was hit and killed. Her car was parked close by with its warning lights flashing. She died at the scene.
