Highway 41 Crash Kills Visalia Man — Nov 15, 2016

A man from Visalia was killed on Monday when he lost control of the 2005 Saturn he was driving south of Kettleman City on Highway 41. At approximately 11:30 p.m., Austin Hughes, 23, approached York Avenue at speeds estimated at 60-65 mph on the two-lane highway.
