Highway 84 Head-on Crash Kills Woman — Apr 21, 2017

A woman died in a head-on collision on Highway 84 Thursday. She was identified as 69-year-old Cynthia Davis of Livermore. The accident happened at around 8:23 a.m. in the westbound lanes. A SIG Alert was issued and traffic control measures employed for a short time after the accident.
