Los Gatos DUI Driver Kills One — Oct 22, 2017

Arsen Tarkovskiy, 34, of Los Gatos, has been charged with felony DUI and manslaughter after causing a four-car, fatal pile-up on Highway 92 close to I-280 Saturday around 8:44 a.m. He veered into oncoming traffic lanes and hit three other cars, killing his 70-year-old female passenger. He was trapped inside his Mercedes and had to be extricated by a rescue squad. All lanes of traffic were closed until around 11:00 a.m. One other driver was also hospitalized with minor injury.
