Man Arrested for Felony DUI in Felton Crash — Jun 20, 2017

A man from San Francisco was arrested on felony drunk driving charges last Saturday night after he crashed his car near the Santa Cruz County Probation Center on Graham Hill Rd. The driver, 48-year-old Todd Russo, was traveling westbound in a Toyota Corolla when he crossed over the double yellow lines. He hit a Mazda 3 head-on. It was carrying two women. The driver received serious injury.
