North Modesto Motorcyclist Dies in Head-on Crash — Sep 23, 2017

A speeding motorcyclist was killed after hitting an SUV head-on late Saturday evening in Modesto. He was a 59-year-old male. He died at the hospital a short time later. Police believe he had been driving at a speed of 55 mph on Pentecost Drive southbound toward Kiernan Avenue when he crashed into a Mazda CX5 in the oncoming lane. The female driver suffered no injury.
