One Man Killed in a Car Accident With a Commercial Truck on Charter Way in Stockton, California Thursday, January 22, 2015

A fatal accident happened at 4:30 a.m. along Charter Way, near Stockton Street Thursday morning. A Toyota Tundra as well as a commercial vehicle crashed, and the Toyota's motorist was ejected from the car. The person driving the Toyota Tundra was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Significant fog seems to be one of the causes of the crash. All lanes are blocked off as the deadly crash is investigated by authorities.
