Pedestrian Killed by SUV on North Milpitas Blvd Near Dixon Road

North Milpitas Blvd was closed most of the morning the accident occurred in October of 2015. A car struck and killed a pedestrian early that Friday morning. The accident happened just north of Dixon Road at approximately 5:45 a.m. responding officers found the pedestrian badly injured upon arrival but he passed away before an emergency crew could arrive. Drugs or alcohol were not perceived to be a factor. The driver of the SUV was cooperative and helpful.
