Richmond Roads Closed After Fatal Pedestrian Hitting — Jun 03, 2017

Cutting Boulevard was closed beginning at 10:30 a.m. after a pedestrian was hit and killed in Richmond. Traffic was diverted to Marina Way and 17th Street areas. No information was available about the victim.
