Watsonville Crash Kills Bicyclists — Sep 15, 2017

A bicyclist, 56-year-old Jennie Gervasio of Aptos, was struck by a car and killed when a car struck her at the intersection of Main Street and Auto Center Drive. Reports of the accident came in at approximately 6:35 p.m. and police arrived to find the victim dead from multiple blunt force trauma blows. The driver of the vehicle that struck her stayed on the scene to assist the investigation. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have been a factor in the accident.
